By the end of the first quarter, Diamonds were leading 6-2, bolstered by two impressive long-range goals from Izzy P.
In the second quarter, Diamonds displayed complete dominance, adding eight more goals to their tally and entering halftime with a comfortable 14-8 lead.
The third quarter saw LP score two quick goals, but Diamonds quickly regained their composure after some formation adjustments. They scored three consecutive goals, extending their lead to 17-10 as they approached the final quarter.
In Q4, the team maintained a controlled pace. Izzy and Flo took their chances well, while Lyla, Tilly, and Izzy J held strong defensively, tirelessly intercepting passes and pressuring Laurel Park into mistakes.
