While the Gold team would have liked to add more points to the board, their defensive effort was commendable. It was also pleasing to see Olivia Hughes play her first match, where she did a great job taking the center pass and hitting the pocket with strong leads.

For Diamonds Green, Flic was voted Girl of the Game, and the Coach's Award went to Izzy P for their strong play and effective shooting in windy conditions, which proved crucial in securing the win. Lyla was voted Player's Player for Diamonds Green, impressing in new positions as Goal Defense and Wing Defense. On the Gold team, Hiba was voted Girl of the Game, Flo Shortte was voted Player's Player, and Poppy received the Coach's Award for her nice shooting and movement off the ball.
